2003  Opening ceremony of assembly workshop for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries was held. Which

           located on Qiaonan Development Zone.( valid period of contract is 3 years)

 

2004  Hangzhou Jialing Mahinery Co., Ltd was invested and built in Qiaonan Area, which  was

           equipped with imported Mitsubishi Vertical Precision Milling Centers. The main products are

           large size of mechanical parts, such as castings of injection molding machines, diesels etc.

 

2005  Business with Japanese enterprise had been expanded by exporting machined mechanical

           parts. Clients had been added up to 30 enterprises, such as Mitsubishi ElectricGroup; The

          Japan Steel Works, Ltd; Sumitomo Heavy Industries Ltd; Toshiba Machine Co., Ltd; Nidec

          Group and Nissei  Plastic Industrial Co., Ltd.

 

2006  Contract was signed with Canadian HUSKY as a long-term injection molding machine parts

           supplier.Strategic business relationship had been established with American NORWELL,  

           exporting business to American market had been enlarged.Contract was signed with

           American CANRIG company for delivering parts to America.

 

2008  Zhejiang Jiabang Machine Tool Co., Ltd had been founded in Binhai Industry Zone, 

           Shaoxing, Zhejiang, with casting product capability of 50,000 tons annually. And it will

Jiabang locates in Binhai Industry Zone, south bank of Hangzhou Bay, 200kms away from Shanghai, 120kms away from Ningbo, 20kms away from Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport. And it is near Shanghai-Hangzhou-Ningbo Express way, with very convenient transportation by air, by land and by sea.

 

Jiabang CNC Company Ltd. Is an exporting enterprise of manufacturing large size castings, machined parts and assembly. The main castings are for CNC, wind power generator, injection molding machine, diesel generator.

 

The first-stage of construction occupies an area of 66667m² , building area is 40000 m² Which will be put into production for castings in Oct. 2008 .

The productivity of the first year is expected to reach 30,000tons when it is put into production, the goal capacity is to achieve 50,000tons yearly. The main material of the castings are ductile iron and grey iron, with the maximum of dimensions are 6000mmx4000mmx 3000mm,  and the maximum weight is 50 tons per piece. Foundry production line is equipped with medium frequency electric furnace for melting , furan resin for molding, shot blasting union cleaning equipment and automatic gas(electric) heat treatment device. We adopt direct-reading spectrograph and heat analysis for the molten iron.

 

The second-stage of construction occupies 33,333.5 m² , it is for workshops of CNC parts machining and assembly.

 

A team of excellent managers and technicians who are very proficient in foundry technics and equipments will be invited to the key positions. The whole foundry production line is equipped with high class devices, such as high-power medium frequency furnace, large-tonnage lifting sand blending machine, massive processing system for sand molding, large size shot blasting cleaning equipments, fibre trolley-style furnace for heat treatment. Paint spray fog clarification devices, etc.
