The second group of technicians were ready to go to Japan for further training on 6th, March,2007. The training factory locates in ¾²¸Úcounty, which is in the middle of Japan.
General manager Mr.Shan affably talked with technicians before their departure, Mr.Shan encourages them to work hard and study hard, in order that they could speak Japanese fluently when coming back, and they could take skillful technicals back, most importantly they could be with a concept of team work management that most Japanese enterprises conduct successfully.
Since the first group of technicians were sent to Japan for further education on 8th,March,2006, there were 8 technicans who have been sent to ¾²¸Ú county for further training by now. £¨2007-3-6£©
